Due to the personal nature of skincare products, opened or used products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please contact KT Beauty + Skin prior to returning an item.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can make it right.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
